What are the reception opening times ?

The reception opens: Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.00 & Saturday 8.30 – 12.00

Does the residence have WI-FI ?

Free Wi-Fi hotspots are found in common areas. 

Is a deposit taken on arrival ?

A €50 refundable deposit is taken on arrival

On what conditions is the deposit returned to the guest ?

The deposit is returned on departure once apartment has been inspected and keys ahve been returned to our reception

Is there an emergency number ?

There is a 24hr emergency number: +356 99360031.

Is laundry service provided ?

There is a 24hr coin operated Laundrette 400m away from the Residence.

How do I pay for my booking ?

Once your booking is confirmed our bank details are given to you and a bank transfer is to be done. Bookings are not 100% confirmed until payment has been received and confirmed from our end.
