Linen and bath towels are provided for your stay

We provided and weekly maid service, bath and linen change

What are the reception opening times?

The reception opens: Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.00 & Saturday 8.30 – 12.00

Does the Residence have Wi-Fi?

Free Wi-Fi hotspots are found in common areas. 

Is a deposit taken on arrival?

A €50 refundable deposit is taken on arrival

On what conditions is the deposit returned to the guest?

The deposit is returned on departure once apartment has been inspected and keys ahve been returned to our reception

Is laundry service provided?

There is a 24hr coin operated Laundrette 400m away from the Residence

How do i pay for my booking?

Once your booking is confirmed our bank details are given to you and a bank transfer is to be done. Bookings are not 100% confirmed until payment has been received and confirmed from our end.
